Inclusion of children with disability in early childhood education and care (ECEC) services benefits everyone.

These environments provide many opportunities for all children to develop social and emotional skills and learn with their peers. 

ECEC services can access resources, support and funding to assist with inclusion and help children with disability get the most out of their experiences.

Help and support

If you feel your child is being discriminated against by an early childhood education and care provider or their staff, you should talk to the Director of the service involved. You may also contact the Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland or phone 1300 130 670 for advice, including how to make a complaint under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
