Department of Education funding declaration 2018
This section provides the Minister for Education's current funding declarations under the Community Services Act 2007.
The Act only applies to funding that is listed in a funding declaration.
In deciding whether to make a funding declaration, Queensland Government Ministers may consider several factors, including:
- the type of product or service the funding is providing
- the product or service's importance to meeting the needs of an individual, group or community
- the characteristics and vulnerability of the product or service's users
- the amount of funding provided.
Organisations' service agreements with the department continue and do not need to change as a result of the declaration.
