The department uses QGrants to collect information and pay grants and subsidies. This enables payments to be made to organisations more quickly.
These services and organisations can manage their claims and acquittals, provide banking and contact details and upload reports through QGrants.
Please note that a new online grants management system will be introduced in January 2026.
EdGrants Online will replace QGrants.
